Drivers record their working day and their walkaround checks on their phone, in place of the paper timesheet and check sheet. Nothing else to learn, no fleet system needed.

What it does now

Only what is built and working. The driver app and company registration exist today. Sending completed timesheets to the company is still in development.

  1. The working day on the phone

    Start and finish times, the vehicles and trailers used, mileage, and fuel and AdBlue — recorded on the phone as the day happens, even with no signal.

  2. Walkaround checks

    A daily check for the vehicle and for every trailer used, with defects written down where they are found.

  3. The driver's own record

    Each finished day stays on the driver's phone to look back on and correct.

  4. A company portal

    Companies register on the web and get their own company workspace — separate from the drivers' app.
